The content available on the Platform is for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute:

No doctor-patient or clinician-patient relationship is created by use of the Platform.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITY & DUE DILIGENCE

• Twiqk is not a party to any treatment agreement

Any contract for services is strictly between you and the clinic or practitioner.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Twiqk shall not be liable for:

• Treatment dissatisfaction
• Financial loss
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Emotional distress
• Reputational damage

This applies whether claims arise in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
